YOGURT WITH CARAMELIZED DATES & OLIVE OIL
A warm, silky twist on classic yogurt.
Ingredients:
- NOURÉ Naturel Dates, sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil (high-quality, mild)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Small handful crushed walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the sliced dates to a small pan with honey and a splash of water.
- Warm over low heat until glossy and lightly caramelized.
- Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and top with the warm dates.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Add walnuts for extra crunch if you like.

Instructions:
- Brew a small cup of espresso.
- Quickly dip each chocolate date into the warm coffee (just 1 second).
