YOGURT WITH CARAMELIZED DATES & OLIVE OIL

A warm, silky twist on classic yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • NOURÉ Naturel Dates, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (high-quality, mild)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Small handful crushed walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the sliced dates to a small pan with honey and a splash of water.
  2. Warm over low heat until glossy and lightly caramelized.
  3. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and top with the warm dates.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of cinnamon.
  5. Add walnuts for extra crunch if you like.

Espresso-Dipped Chocolate Dates

Rich, bold, and perfect after dinner.

Ingredients:

  • NOURÉ Chocolate Dates
  • Fresh espresso or strong coffee
  • Cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew a small cup of espresso.
  2. Quickly dip each chocolate date into the warm coffee (just 1 second).
  3. Dust lightly with cocoa powder.

Serve immediately for a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
