NOURÉ is a premium food brand built on authenticity, heritage, and wellbeing. Founded in 2024 by Roos Boudebah and Stefani Lubbers, the brand began as a shared desire to create snacks that nourish both body and soul. What started as a personal search for clean, honest food evolved into a modern tribute to Algerian tradition.

At the heart of NOURÉ are naturally sweet, clean-label Deglet Nour dates: timeless, nutrient-rich, and beautifully presented. THE FOUNDERS

The story of NOURÉ began in the kitchen, when Roos and Stefani were living together. One day, Roos noticed Stefani snacking on dates, a familiar staple from her Algerian upbringing, yet unexpectedly found in a Western pantry. That simple, charming moment revealed a shared love for this timeless fruit and the cultural connection it naturally creates.

Curiosity sparked a series of home experiments with filled dates and energy bites, gradually shaping the vision behind NOURÉ. 

Roos brings the warmth, symbolism, and stories of her Algerian roots, where Deglet Nour dates represent generosity and togetherness. Stefani, guided by her passion for wellness and clean ingredients, recognized in dates the rare combination of nourishment, purity, and indulgence.

Together, they imagined something they felt was missing in everyday food culture: an honest, beautifully presented product that honours its origins while fitting seamlessly into modern wellbeing.
